Sorry for not answering you before, but I was considering different answers, even none, but finally I decided this one.

Well Joy, I am still giving you this name, despite I don't know if this is really yours, if the picture you sent me in the previous message are yours or not, if you are male or female, if your are from Rwanda, Burundi, Nigeria or somewhere else. Internet enables not only privacy but multiple identities, may be too many don't you think so?.
I didn't check the details about the person you mentioned as your father" Dr. Rouee the personal adviser of the former head of the state of Rwanda", I think it is not needed.

First of all, I will like to inform you that I am not giving you my account number in order to transfer your 5,7 Million US Dollars, I declined another similar invitations.

On the other hand, I think that anyone from our "first world" who believed this story and is willing to take advantage of it (not few ones unfortunately), by taking some of this 5,7 millions, simply deserves to be cheated as much as his inhumanity size (so, this bills 5,7 US $ or even more).


And the most important thing Joy, I am not entitled at all to judge you or anyone who decide to follow the "Nigerian letters" way or similar ones. None who didn't live the most desperate situations can imagine what the human being is able to do in order to preserve himself or his family. But beyond these individualist and desperate solutions, I want to tell you that I believe in the solidarity of thousand of African men and women which are supporting themselves in small villages surrounded by war, starvation, AIDS and other diseases, the grandmothers taking care of their grandsons (the women are standing up for Africa!), or any small child who lose their parents, sharing the very few things they have or even what they don't have. And still laughing!!!. I have heard as well about honest , efficient and hard workers African officers, doing their best to fight against AIDS, malaria etc., but with no resources and a dramatic lack of financial support to implement the most basic treatments. More than 1.000 million people are nowadays under extreme poverty conditions in the world. So needless to say, helping them to overcome poverty it is a must, everybody deserves a chance to develop a normal life, to have projects and hopes!!!. I swear you that helping them as much as I can it is the biggest endeavor I could ever find in my life, despite the ups and downs in my commitment, despite it is a very humble contribution (sand grains in the desert?).


I want to finish this message optimistic and also with US $ figures. Reputable predictions say that the first world countries should provide between 135.000 and 195.000 US $ millions yearly to the third world countries in order to overcome and practically eradicate in the world extreme poverty by 2015. This is representing a decreasing percent of the Gross Domestic Product of the Developing countries, of course lower than the famous 0,7%!. And there more and more people groups, lobbies, NGO's and even governments involved, committed and organized in this goal, for many different motivations, ideologies etc. So, I think this is the time....
